Our process

•In-home or showroom consultation
Our designer views your space based on the photo and measurement provided by clients, and discuss general style and scope of your project. We will provide you a clear sense of the journey ahead, including cost parameter. During this visit, we will ask many questions to understand what’s important to you. We will also show you all the cabinet brands and explains pros and cons of each cabinet structures.

•Choose Brand, Door style / finish
•Choose Stone ( natural or engineered stone )
Based on the client’s selection of the material and rough measurement, we will provide the preliminary pricing with 1-2 options to narrow down brand / style selection.

•Site visit
For more accurate design and pricing, we will do a free jobsite measurement after initial consultation.
Measurement is really important because the whole pricing and choice of cabinetry can be changed due to your site conditions like ceiling heights, soffit, columns, etc.

•Initial Estimate
•Retain our services (5%)
Based on the estimate, we’ll request 5% retainer, which is not an additional payment, as the full retainer will be credited to our final project cost. It will allow us to move to the Design Phase and to begin work on your project.

•Present floor plans, renderings
•Review and finalize plans
We will start to invest our time, tools, expertise to present you drawings, renderings including all accessory options.
We will offer up to two revisions at no additional charge to move forward to the next phase.

•Final price
•Review and sign contract
Once you are completely satisfied with the design and all decisions are made regarding content and finishes, a final contract estimate for the project will be created.
After deposit, we start to fabricate your cabinetry.

•Cabintery production starts
After deposit, we start to fabricate your cabinetry. The lead time and scheduled projected ship week will be provided to you.

•Schedule delivery
•Delivery coordination
We will give you notice ahead 1 week before delivery to make sure that your jobsite is ready to receive the cabinetry.
Final balance is required 5 days ahead of delivery date.

•Installation document and assist
We are always reachable for you and your installer if they have any questions regarding to drawings and installation.
We also have our carpenter to install the cabinetry. Please request for a separate installation quote.
